Dist sez omg stop throwing ice
I looked into the English Abyss fandom (fanfiction stuff) and... ow. My brain, my brain!

Ah, more importantly so: I discovered the pairing JadeDist and DistJade isn't rare now (which I was adamantly trying to avoid at all costs to walk into, grrr). Before it was ported to the states I firmly believed I was the only one writing it in English (even if my fics suck, they're still fics). Ah, but now I don't know what to feel. Upset that people have finally touched that pairing? Or overjoyed that it isn't an obnoxious, glaring neon sign type of deal (oh gosh no)? Oh choices... I really don't wanna come to terms with this. >-> Nope.

Anyways! The competition was good. I would say it was a waste of my time but the tie-pulling and megane-stealing (both on my half) offered some highlight to my day. After all, I need to amuse myself when stuck working on tests (and speech and interview) for seven hours...

I have some others I'll make into hi-ougi or just plain Abyss doodles. It's fun. xD

Well here I am. The competition was so tiring. We won 2nd place in Super Quiz relay (the whole team got silver medals). We should've had gold damn it --it was a tie 22 to 22 with Warwick Vets and Pilgrim (us). The questions were probably weighed. :( BLAH. Also, I think it was quite UNFAIR because Warwick Vets had TWO decathlon teams for their school (so twice the chance of winning). Bull shit. Also, Cassie got a Silver medal in Language and Literature, and Jin got a silver (I think it was silver? Or maybe gold?) medal in Mathematics. GOOD JOB, GUYS!! :D

I took out a day out of school today because a) Decathlon was tiring. Really tiring. 6:30-8:00. Testing, interviewing, speeches. Only three breaks, one of them being lunch. Jeez. And b) ...

... today's the anniversary of mom's death. I really miss her. Life is so much different now. :( I hope she's happy in heaven. Maybe she's proud of what I've become. I've changed so much in the past three years since her death. Eh... David called me up last night, reminding me of the anniversary. I was taken a back because I was so very tired (tired enough to pass out on the bed when I came home) from the competition, it took me a while to remember, but I didn't forget. No, I won't ever forget.

I think I'm going to catch up with reading Pride & Prejudice today. The last past week I studied so much AcaDeca, it was oozing out of my ears. I had no time inbetween for reading P&P.

Tales of Phantasia GBA comes out today, I think. I should call up EB and ask. Maybe it can be a little reward for all the studying I had to do for AcaDeca.

I did really well with the Biology and Art sections of AcaDeca-- I ranked the best in those subjects compared to the others in the group (read: one of the members is on the list for valedictorian so that makes me feel really good to get a higher score than them). :D :D :D Perhaps I'll be even better at the final showdown ~~ >D WUHSHYAAAAA.

I'm so nervous about the speeches. BLeh. I have two weeks to memorize my speech of chosen area. >_> I still haven't begun to compose one. There's also impromptu speech section, too, which you can't prepare yourself for. D: Not to mention it'll all be on live television ... it doesn't help. BLARGH. BLARGH, I SAY.

Ms. Shuster is teh evil. She needs to get hit by a bus or something. XD;; Matt said this morning I apparently was lashing out at her. Perhaps I put her in her place... heh. The teacher didn't even lecture us this time -- I actually understand this lesson! HAHA. It's all because I'm doing book work (which he never EVER assigns, nyehe).

He was also talking about some odd crap today (but what else is new?). Ehehe, he randomly goes off on tangents from time to time, on the most randomest things and then somehow ties it back into the history topic. Very amusing to say the least.

I'm usually working when he lectures and I only glance up (read: I usually start a staring contest-- I always win) with him when he says something offtopic and outrageous. Like what, you say~? Well it ranges from kinks to chocolate to incest, and proms to whores on the other side of the spectrum...and to think, this guy is seventy-something years old--OMG! XDXD I wouldn't doubt he's one of those creeps on 4chan... hell, probably even not4chan. Matt and I both think this. AND HE ALWAYS MANAGES TO KEEP A STRAIGHT FACE WHEN TALKING ABOUT SAID TOPICS! How very talented. XDXD
