'kay so I just posted a WHOLE lot of tips on relaxing to
drksilhouette. Then an idea flashed in my brain (wut brain) to post it here, in case someone else is in need of them.
Now before you read them I'm just speaking from
experience and what I've learned through the years. By posting this I'm definitely not saying I'm the god of relaxation or something. I will say I like to consider myself very knowledgeable on this sort of thing since I've been combatting insomnia for who knows how long. Anyways. With that said, enjoy and.. uh.. try not to get a headache over its lack of proper structure (this is just C&P'd from an IM, kthx)? XD ALSO R U REDY 4 SUM RLY BAD TYPOS (well it's not that bad when I reread what I typed I headdesk'd).
( If you want it, come and get it. )Oh yeah let me add that sometimes sleep masks can help if you can't turn the lights off (or someone else in another room won't turn them off, grr). You can try using sleep aid ear plugs if the house is terribly noisy at night but I personally find them not to help. *shrug*
I'm pretty sure there's more but those are just the ones off the top of my head. ;;;
